The transformation programme has delivered increased productivity and an organisation that, despite being 800 members of staff smaller, is still delivering high quality services. Without the Luton Traded Services Excellence Partnership team’s high quality, high momentum delivery of the programme we would already be in a position of having to deliver cuts that would impact the most vulnerable in our society.Robin Porter, director of commercial and transformation services

Luton Traded Services Excellence Partnership have bought an invaluable external perspective to the whole system review of our adoption and fostering service as well as specific skills in project management, marketing and communication.Hilary Griffiths, head of specialist family support services

Luton Traded Services Excellence Partnership provides me with the right mix of challenge, knocking corporate heads together, excellence in programme management and governance, combined with a thorough understanding of the organisation. This could not be achieved with either departmental based transformation teams nor from external consultants. The success of Luton Traded Services Excellence Partnership has been underpinned by sound political and managerial skills with a level of inventiveness, which is great to work with.Sue Nelson, head of revenues, benefits and customer service
