• Conversion - automatically convert over 300 file types into PDF, TIFF, PDF/A, PDF/X , XML & Text as part of any document workflow.

• Recognition(OCR) - converts static paper documents – faxes, photocopies, images and non-searchable PDF’s into to searchable PDF documents.

• Publishing - assembles content from diverse sources and file formats into a single PDF document. Customize your PDF’s by adding such things as watermarks, page numbers, headers, footers, disclaimers in order to create new documents that meet the needs of corporate guidelines and/or regulatory governance.

• Extended Outputs- allows companies to automatically convert PDF documents into other reusable type documents such as WORD, RTF, HTML, JPEG, PNG, and XPS. The Extended Output for XML provides users with a robust, open and trustworthy electronic paper format alternative to PDF.
