PEOPLE: For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand, I had

rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than to dwell in the

tents of wickedness. Psalm 84:10

LEADER: Because of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek thy

PEOPLE: Those that be planted in the house of the Lord, shall

I have loved thy habitation, the place where thy honor dwelleth.

PEOPLE: For the Lord is in His holy temple; let all the earth keep

LEADER: Let the words of our mouth, and the meditation of our

heart be acceptable in thy sight, Oh Lord, our strength and our

ALL: O sing unto the Lord a new song, for He has done marvelous

things (Psalm 98:1) …make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the

Joys Are Flowing Like A River (Blessed Quietness)

Jesus Calms the Storm

LEADER 26-28: 35 As evening came, Jesus said to his disciples, “Let’s cross to

the other side of the lake.” 36 So they took Jesus in the boat and started out,

leaving the crowds behind (although other boats followed). 37 But soon a

fierce storm came up. High waves were breaking into the boat, and it began

to fill with water.

PEOPLE 29: 38 Jesus was sleeping at the back of the boat with his head on a

cushion. The disciples woke him up, shouting, “Teacher, don’t you care that

we’re going to drown?”

LEADER 30-32: 39 When Jesus woke up, he rebuked the wind and said to the

waves, “Silence! Be still!” Suddenly the wind stopped, and there was a great

calm. 40 Then he asked them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?”

ALL TOGETHER 33-34: 41 The disciples were absolutely terrified. “Who is this

man?” they asked each other. “Even the wind and waves obey him!”

ARISE; LET THY REDEEMER’S NAME BE SUNG, THROUGH EVERY LAND BY

EVERY TONGUE.

LEADER: Hear what Christ our savior saith, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God,

with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy mind.” This is the first

and great commandment. And the second is like unto it. Thou shalt love thy

neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the

prophets.

GLORY BE TO THE FATHER, AND TO THE SON AND TO THE HOLY GHOST…

AS IT WAS IN THE BEGINNING, IS NOW AND EVER SHALL BE… WORLD

WITHOUT END. AMEN, AMEN.

“Did you know that Jesus Chris is Lord? Well, He is and He loves you and

wants to be your Lord and Savior. A lot of people want to be saved but

just don’t know how.”

Romans 10:9 says: “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord

and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be

saved.”

Are you willing to pray the Prayer of Salvation?

Lord Jesus, forgive me for all my sins, I believe that You died on the cross,

was buried, and on the third day God the Father raised You from the

dead. Right now, Lord Jesus, I open the door to my HEART and I receive

you, into my HEART, as my Lord and Savior.

According to the prayer you just prayed, where is the Lord Jesus?

Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you

well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. James 5:15

Black History Tidbit

The Garden of Eden was described in Genesis as having been near a four-river

system in the region of the lands of Cush, Havilah, and Asshur, which today would

be near the borders of Eastern Sudan, Ethiopia, and Eritrea. The birthplace of

humanity was confirmed when the oldest human remains were found in Ethiopia

in 1974. Science and the Bible are often at odds, but one thing both confirm is

that the birthplace of humanity was in East Africa. (Eden: The Biblical Garden

Matthew 6: 24,34: “No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and
