Accommodation: Serenata S was built in 1990 and first sold in July 1991. She is a lovely and well cared for example of the Broom 37. She benefits from having been compounded, polished and anti-fouled in April 2017. 10 months ago she was re-upholstered and carpeted in the aft cabin, saloon and fwd cabin. The galley was also upgraded to Corian work surfaces.

To access Serenata S is by either side or the aft boarding ladder into the large aft cockpit/command bridge. Here she benefits from the ample seating and the reverse triple helm seat making her a very sociable boat. The helm is stb side and clearly laid out.

Access to the saloon is via the port side door. You step down into the very light and airy saloon which has a large U-shaped sofa on the stb side with enough seating for approx. 6 adults. The roof lighting in the saloon, aft cabin and fwd cabin have all been upgraded to LED lighting.

Opposite is the lower helm station along with retractable chart table and storage. Moving aft you step down again into the spacious aft cabin. Again, there is a large amount of storage and surface space which includes a dressing table and wardrobe. There are overhead reading lights and opening windows. There’s a separate shower room with storage and opening window and a separate toilet compartment with hand basin, electric flush toilet, high and low level storage, surface space and a large mirror.

Moving back through the saloon, you step down to the galley and dinette area. The galley is stb side and equipped with the following. Three ring LPG hob, LPS oven and grill, fridge, twin round stainless steel basins, new mixer tap and upgraded Corian work surface. Opposite is the U-shaped dinette which converts to a double berth. Again, this will accommodate approx. 6 adults.

There is then a stb side Jack and Jill family shower/toilet compartment. This is fitted with a manual sea toilet, shower, hand basin, storage, work surface and mirror. This adjoins the forward cabin.

The forward cabin has a Vee berth, wardrobe, dressing table and mirror. There are overhead reading lights and opening port holes too. Early viewing recommended.
