2.3 Navigate the Assessment page in SEQTA Learn 2.3.1 The assessment list

The assessment list shows all assessments within the selected programme. These tasks are now grouped according to their status:

• Upcoming

• Results pending

• Feedback released

• Results and feedback released

At the top of the list is a simple find-as-you-type filter to make it easier to find particular tasks.

Using the button in the top right, it is possible to change the sort order of the tasks:

• By due date (newest first)

• By due date (oldest first)

• By title

It’s also possible to swap to a syllabus-oriented view. If the school has configured either syllabus- or assessment-oriented view to be disabled, this list will respect that configuration.

Each assessment in the list shows its details, as well as indicators for the expected engagement by the student – expectations, feedback, and reflection. Tapping or clicking on an assessment will open that assessment’s details

Details

The default tab for assessments is the “details” tab. You’ll notice that this tab is quite similar to the achievement pane in focus mode.

At the top of the pane is the overall achievement for the task (if applicable), including the custom text.

Below this are the student’s expectations, then the marking and feedback – including rubrics and teacher files – and finally the reflection.

Different parts of this tab are shown, hidden, or made in-editable according to the assessment’s status. For example, the expectations cannot be edited once the assessment’s feedback or marks have been released, and the marks are not available until they have been released
