Baby Storytime-Returns: Sept. 24 Mondays 10:30-11 am Birth—18 months, (Siblings welcome) Baby Story Time supports early literacy & language skills by encouraging singing, fingerplays, playing, talking, & shared reading. We have 15 minutes of storytime & 15 minutes of playtime & socializing. No program: Dec 24 & 31
Animal Magic Saturday, October 27

At the Hazel Park Community Center
Come see Nickelodeon’s entertainer of the year, Mark Rosenthal. He will be bringing rare creatures of the night. Animal Magic is a non-profit exotic animal rescue in the United States. Registration is required at 248-546-4095.

Homeschool children and preschoolers are welcome to join us for Trick or Treating at Hazel Park City Hall and enjoy crafts and cookie decorating at the library. Costumes are encouraged. Please register.

Job training program for people with autism Tues-day November 6 @ 6:30pm
The mission of OUCARES is to improve the quality of life of indi-viduals impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) by offer-ing quality and comprehensive programs across the lifespan. The Pre-Employment Skills Train-ing is designed to assist adults high on the spec-trum by providing them training in the “Soft” inter-personal skills necessary to obtain and maintain employment. Scholarship information will also be provided.
