Mission from Act: To support small businesses in New Mexico by providing one centralized web site that is free, user-friendly, searchable, and accessible to the public and provides access to information and functionality necessary to do business in New Mexico.

6. Begin requirements work
7. Work with Executive Sponsor to develop, submit budget request for Portal Implementation and Operations
