When Israel Was in Egypt’s Land

Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus

Turn your eyes upon Jesus Look full in His wonderful Face And the things of earth Will grow strangely dim In the light of His Glory and Grace

When Israel was in Egypt's land Let my people go Oppressed so hard they could not stand Let my people go Refrain: Go down Moses, way down in Egypt's land Tell old Pharaoh let my people go The Lord told Moses what to do Let my people go To lead the Hebrew children through Let my people go

As We Go

As Israel stood by the waterside Let my people go At God's command it did divide Let my people go When they had reached the other shore Let my people go They let the song of triumph soar Let my people go Lord help us all from bondage flee Let my people go And let us all in Christ be free Let my people go

Turn your eyes upon Jesus Take hold of His powerful Hand He will lift you up in His mighty Love In the Strength of your God You can stand

Pastor: And so, with your people on earth and all the company of heaven we praise your name and we join their unending hymn. Sanctus

The pastor continues the thanksgiving. The institution of the Lord's Supper is recalled. The pastor concludes: Pastor: And so, in remembrance of these your mighty acts in Jesus Christ, we offer ourselves in praise and thanksgiving as a holy and living sacrifice, in union with Christ's offering for us, as we proclaim the mystery of faith. Memorial Acclamation The pastor invokes the present work of the Holy Spirit in the Epiclesis and praises the Trinity, remembering the Saints who have passed. Pastor: All honor and glory is yours, holy and loving God, now and forever. Great Amen THE LORD'S PRAYER Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen. THANKSGIVING OVER THE OIL Pastor: Let us pray. People: O God, the giver of health and salvation, we give thanks to you for the gift of oil. As your holy apostles anointed many who were sick and healed them, so pour out your Holy Spirit on us and on this gift, that those who in faith and repentance receive this anointing may be made whole; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. SHARING THE BREAD AND CUP All here are welcome to receive the bread and cup. We serve this evening by intinction. Come forward, receive a piece of the broken bread and dip it lightly in the cup. If you desire ‘gluten free’ communion ask the celebrant when you come forward. Those who wish may also come to the kneeling bench for special anointing and prayer for healing!

Immortal Invisible God Only Wise

I Am Immortal invisible God only wise In light inaccessible Hid from our eyes Most blessed most glorious The Ancient of Days Almighty victorious Thy great name we praise Unresting unhasting And silent as light Nor wanting nor wasting Thou rulest in might Thy justice like mountains High soaring above Thy clouds which are fountains Of goodness and love

To all life thou givest To both great and small In all life thou livest The true life of all We blossom and flourish As leaves on the tree And wither and perish But naught changeth thee Great Father of glory Pure Father of light Thine angels adore thee All veiling their sight All praise we would render O help us to see 'Tis only the splendor Of light hideth thee

Throughout the earth I am the universe I am in every heart I am where you are I am the Lord of lords The King of kings The Holy Lamb above all things Yes I am Almighty God your father The risen Son of Man The healer of the broken And when you cry I am Your Savior and Redeemer who bore the sin of man The author and perfecter begin-ning and the end Yes I am Yes I am Yes I am Oh I am
