    over 70 years of age to the posts of Managing Director or to Chief Executive Officer of the Bank.

    2. RBI announced the decision in pursuance to the Companies Act 2013, which reads All companies

    shall have their heads between the age group 21 and 70 years.

    3. However, private banks can fix the upper age limit for the appointment to the same stipulate posts
