date of our Youth Seminar in the city of Hawthorne, CA. The

Word warns us in Proverbs 29:18 that where there is no vision

people perish. God is making a calling for this Generation for

those who will seek his vision for this nation. Special guest Pastor

Rich Witmer, Pastor Netz Gomez, Victor Arceo, and Brian

Barcelona will be joining us. Come to receive and implement the vision God has for Southern

California.

A Better Life? Why Not!

How many times have you found yourself in search of a better future or better career? Many

people out there are tired of their same old lifestyle and wish to pursue a better outcome for their

generations. Without a doubt it’s been tough! Many people are returning to school and searching for

better jobs that will ultimately pay the bills. Economy continues to sit and has no positive flow in the

foreseeable future. As you sit here reading this short message, various people out there are stressed out

and have no clue how they will make ends meet this month. Well let me share an important message and

show you how Jesus is continually working in order to get you to be part of his peaceful sheep’s pen.

Jesus’s sole purpose is written in John 10:10 “the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have

come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”

No one has a better interest in your success than Jesus

himself. No one knows your needs better than Jesus himself. He has

given it all in order for you to have it all. See, it is hard to trust on

someone you cannot see; even harder to believe in someone who

you do not know. Jesus understands this concept quite clearly as

he states in John 10:16 “I have other sheep that are not of this

sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice,

and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.” His mission is to get

you to trust Him so that you can to experience that life in abundance. He wishes to see you succeed. He

wants to see you have peace and a life that is full of the great blessings He can offer you. As you decide

what route you will take in order to obtain that better career and that amazing future, I encourage you to

lead towards that abundant life Jesus can give you as well. I encourage you to allow Him to be God in

your life and undertake your stress and burdens. I assure you that the bare minimum you will obtain is

peace, joy and love…the stepping-stones to a better life and a greater future.

College To Do’s Tips for Back to School:

Drop Unwanted Classes If you find yourself overwhelmed, not liking the teacher, or with schedule problems, make sure

you officially withdraw from the class. Go into the website and officially withdraw. Not showing up to class will not simply make the class disappear from your transcript. Make sure you receive a refund!

Pay Outstanding Fees Whether its paying for classes, parking, health fee, representation, etc. make sure all of them have been

paid or you will face consequences such as a hold for registration for future semesters.

Textbooks? Yes…they are needed for the classes! You can find them cheaper than the price at the school’s bookstore. One thing to know about textbooks is that you do not have to buy them; you can simply rent them. Since we know how important saving money is for a college student, here are some websites that might help lower the cost of books:
