• The spot is where I go to relax. Relaxing means that I get to rest and take my mind off of things. To be me. The best part about my spot is the solitude its very peaceful like a lake. The way the wind dances through the trees is mind blowing. When I am in a bad mood this is where I go to think. Although you could simply go home to relax, a peaceful lake is truly the best place to take my mind off of things.

• Another reason why women can have a positive impact on the entertainment and media industry is every woman or younger woman has the potential to do whatever they want and can be whatever they want. The entertainment and media industry is something that everyone sees. We can help each other. It is healthy for us to do so and for every woman to have a positive mind when they do so as well. Although much of the industry is ran by men, women can do the same thing a man can do.

• Another thing I struggled with was bullying. Bullying means that someone makes someone else feel bad about themselves. I would get bullied for the smallest things, like not having the coolest shoes on my feet or wearing the same uniform pants because we used the money for me to shop to find somewhere to live instead. The whole time I was getting bullied I started popping rubber bands on my wrist against my skin or I was trying to cut myself to hide the pain. Although I was bullied I talked it out with my counselor so that the bullying would stop.

• When I go to college I want to get into graphic design. Graphic design will help me design clothing and hats. I love to create things that are cool to me and make money doing that. I want to be successful and be able to support myself and when I am ready my family. I want to go into graphic design because I am good at creating pictures and all kinds of awesome designs that people can see and wonder, “who made that amazing picture” or think that my work is creative. Although graphic design might be difficult, it is something I am passionate about.

• One reason dogs are much better pets than cats is that dogs are more interactive. For example, you can take dogs to the park to play catch. Most dogs are eager to play games like catch because they enjoy the interaction with their human companions. Most dogs are active and entertaining athletes unlike cats who just lie around and sleep. Because dogs like play, owners can have relationships with them that involve a give and take nature

• Secondly, I failed my freshman English class because I did not do any of my class work assignments that the teacher gave. It is a bad idea to fail if you want to be successful, it also made me feel bad about myself. If you get used to failure, you start to think that you will always fail. I did not do the class work or assignments because usually I forgot to come to class prepared with a writing utensil. Another reason why I did not do my class work is because during class my friends sat next to me and I always talked during class. Now I want to pass my classes and do well. Although it may be hard, my goal is to succeed and pass my class so that I can get a good job.

Let’s try another! 7th • So one day we decided to look up how quarterbacks on the

college and NFL level perform. Quarterbacks perform well after intense training and diet The first person we looked up was my all-time favorite college player Braxton Miller. He is 6’2” and 210 pounds from Wayne High School in Ohio. My dad and I studied his running ability and his speed since he runs a 4.3 in a fourty yard dash. That same week in my 7th grade year he made me run 15 sprints every other day, then go to the gym and do leg presses, squats, and shuttle runs to increase my leg strength. After we did those workouts we compared my 40 yard dash time to the one I ran at the beginning of the year which was a 4.9. Then that day I ran as hard as I could and got a 4.5 fourty yard dash. I was very impressed with myself. Although my quarterback performance was not as good as Miller’s, I still was able to perform and know that hard work pays off.

• Ever since I was little my mom always worked with people who had challenges or disabilities such as autism, downs syndrome, ADD, ADHD, and Cerebral Palsy. Challenges and disabilities may affect some people but we are all equal and we should not treat people with disabilities any differently. Normally people would be scared to work with people who are disabled but I have always had a connection with them. Although people may be scared of people with disabilities they are not different than any one else and are still human beings. I feel that I judge people less harshly because I have a connection with all kinds of people

• I have a different background story because I want to be the first person out of my family to graduate from high school and college without having a baby. Graduating from high school and college would be a big step I want to not have a kid in high school or college because my mom had me in college and I see how much she regrets dropping out to have me. When I am out of college and have kids, I don’t want to have my kids watch me struggle to put food on the table.
