Harmon Lake Harmon Lake features 13.1 miles of trail for hiking. The lake features rock �shing piers and a boat ramp and dock providing access to enjoy the lake (feel free to bring your own �shing gear). Kayaks, canoes and paddle boards will be available to use.

Rich DiGirolamo, the RECESSitator, (or That Guy with the Propeller on his Head) works with organizations to create happier work environments, design new programs and products, and create better relationships with customers and peers. He is the creator/founder of Recess At Work Day and the nonpro�t organization DoubleDDiner.org, Inc., operators of The World’s Only Virtual Diner Fighting Hunger. Rich has authored 5 books. His most popular is Diary of the Happiest Employee on Earth. He has been speaking to and consulting with the Parks & Recreation industry since 2006. He lives by the rule “if you’re not having fun, it’s your own fault!”

Kostas Voutsas, the 2013 educator of the year Bismarck Chamber award recipient, also received the distinguished teacher of the year award at DSU, the highest faculty award, the outstanding teacher of the year award, as well as the TRIO outstanding faculty award from DSU. Kostas delivers humorous dynamic keynote presentations at national and state conferences and publishes his research in scholarly journals. He also serves as a consultant conducting individualized training/professional development seminars.

Scott McFall is a graduate of the American Institute of Hypnotherapy in Irvine, California and possesses their highest level degrees. He has Clinical Certi�cation and Master of Demonstrational Hypnosis from the National Guild of Hypnotists, the largest hypnosis organization in the world. Scott was certi�ed by the National Board of Hypnotists in 1993 and is registered and certi�ed by the American Board of Hypnotists. Scott was nominated for the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame in 1998. In 1996 he was named, "the number one hypnosis trainer in the world today," by the publisher of the Hypnosis Business Journal. Founder of McFall Publishing, Master Hypnotist Society and the Christian Hypnosis Association. Scott operates his professional practice, Hypnosis Connection and consults for other private practice and business owners.

Kyle Kirchmeier, Morton County Sheri�, was elected in Nov 2014 and took over the duties of Sheri� on January 1, 2015.

Kyle has been involved in Law Enforcement in one way or another since 1982, and was a member of the ND National Guard 191st MP Unit. He has worked as a small town police o�cer, correctional o�cer and deputy. He was a member of the North Dakota Highway Patrol for 29 years and retired as a Captain and Commander of the SW Region. He has over 5,000 hrs of post certi�ed training hours. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and is a graduate of Northwestern University Sta� and Command.

Kyle is married and has one adult son and a daughter in-law.
