Introduction

In Empoli the door to door collection started last year.This kind of collection is cheaper, we can reduce the pollution

and save natural elements.

Organic Waste

Organic wastes was the biggest part of all the rubbish

we deposit into landfill sites. Now with the separate

collection of the rubbish organic

wastes are recycled.

What are organic wastes ?

Composter

A composter is simply amachine wich make compost

• A digestor is a place where organic materials become gasses. Here we produce biogas.

The paper is recycled to create new paper.

Every type of paper are collected and brought to a factory

During the process the paper is chopped. Then

water is added to produced a mush.

With that mush new coils of paper will be produced.

If all people of the world recycled the paper, we would save the forests.

Plastic

This is the blue bin for plastic.

Cetaceans often die because of eating plastic objects.

Also for this reason separate collection is important : less rubbish.

From the plastic we canhave also pile clothes.

Glass

The term indicates the glass material that isobtained from the solidification of a liquid. In our Daily lives it is what makes vases, glasses, frames .

The collection of glass material, occurs in green bottle bank.

Glass is reduced into pieces, fused at high temperature and made into new obejcts.
