There is a direct rela-tionship between aca-demic success and regular, punctual school attendance. Attendance and punc-tuality are the sole responsibility of the student and his/her family.

ON TIME means: The student is in his/her assigned seat, w ith appropri-ate materials out, and is ready to work BEFORE the tardy bell rings.

The school reserves the right to determine

whether or not a stu-dent is tardy.

Any student not in his/her seat prepared to work when the tar-dy bell rings will be sent to the attendance office for the appropri-ate discipline action. Students may return to class only with a pass from the office.
