Eligibilité : Critères d’Inclusion
- Age > = 70 ans
- Diagnostic d’Insuffisance Cardiaque documenté avec
FEVG 35% dans les 6 mois précédents
et/ou
Hospitalisation au cours des 12 derniers mois pour une
insuffisance cardiaque décompensée
- Consentement écrit du patient avant l’inclusion dans l’étude

Conclusions
En ayant démontré
un bénéfice clinique et
une bonne tolérance
chez des patients âgés ayant une insuffisance cardiaque symptomatique
le nébivolol a les caractéristiques requises et validées
pour être le bêta-bloquant de choix du sujet âgé.
