• Senior Exit Dates are scheduled for April

3rd – 5th; 15th-26th . You will receive

notification of your date the week of March

18th.

teacher by Monday, March 4th, 2019

• A typed letter written to the Graduation

Committee. (3 copies)

• A complete typed resume. (3 copies)

Structural Criteria for letter:

• Must be typed, 12 pt. font

• Must be accepted Business Letter Format

• No more than 1 page in length

• Correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

Resume Should Include:

• A letterhead that contains your name, address,

phone number and email. Should match letter

• Succinct, one page document

• 5 sections: Objective, Education, Extra-

Curricular Activities, Achievements,

Work/Volunteer experience

Presentations

• Presentations– A personal connection between your lifelong learning and how

Ryle High School has had an impact on this connection.

– The presentation should reflect a significant amount of time and

effort correlating to a culminating event for graduation.

– Must be no more than 10 minutes long so committee can ask

questions (15 total minutes for presentation/questions)

– Computer/DVD access in all rooms. Must have presentation on

external drive to plug into USB. Will not be able log onto

computer due to time

You need to select a peer reviewer to

sit in on your Senior Exit. This person

must be a Freshman or Sophomore.

These students are only permitted to

do one person, so select early!
