Applying to College

• First… Research programs of interest• Think about location, size, social life, setting, costs

• How? Paper applications or online

• Requires transcript and letters of recommendation• Request transcripts in the black binder in guidance • Let your counselor know when to complete secondary

reports • Remind teachers, coaches, pastors, etc. about letters of

recommendation• When? Watch for deadlines• Early action = non-binding• Early decision = binding• Regular• Rolling = until class is full
