Morris is now an operating entity of Huitt-Zollars, Inc., a multi-discipline design firm with over 35 years of expertise in engineering
and architectural design, planning, program management, and construction management. It is one of the most respected firms in the
southwestern and western United States. Our union expands and diversifies each individual firm’s design capabilities and allows for an
integrated approach to architectural and engineering services.

needs of each resident. This firsthand knowledge dates back
over 20 years when the firm designed, built, owned, and
operated Silverado (formerly Pinehaven Assisted Living), one
of the preeminent memory care facilities in Houston.
