PROGRAMME CONTENT

ASSESSMENTThe Masters programme is designed to enable apprentices to apply the academic theory to their own organisation and role. There are a variety of assessment methods including; reports, essays, group presentations, podcasts, reflective diaries and case studies. In the last six months of the programme the apprentice must undertake a work-based project, which will bring together elements of their learning from different parts of the programme and show their accumulated knowledge and understanding of management and its application in their organisation. All apprentices are required to create a portfolio which will capture the knowledge, skills and behaviours developed on the programme and in the workplace. Portfolio software will be used to capture all information and training will be provided to all apprentices on how to use the software.

RESIDENTIALA residential including a variety of outdoor activities is designed to foster a sense that anything is possible. Apprentices will benefit from renewed optimism, raised aspirations, and improved self-esteem.

BENEFIT TO BUSINESSResearch shows a Chartered Managers average added value to their organisation is £301,443* and there are opportunities for bespoke programmes to meet employer requirements subject to a minimum cohort size, and alignment with the Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship standard.
