Senior Dynamics CRM Application Consultant (Project Lead)

Major duties and responsibilities

CRM Development & Implementation

Lead an Implementation Team in analyzing, planning, designing and implementing Dynamics CRM solutions for Clients.

Conduct a needs assessment with Client management and users to determine and define requirements for CRM solutions.

Collaborate with other software developers to develop and implement CRM solutions to meet user requirements.

Collaborate with network technicians on Dynamics CRM architecture and installation issues/solutions.

Collaborate with Client staff during implementation and integration into their infrastructure and daily processes.

Provide critical thinking and problem-solving services to Clients in a consultative manner.

Responsibility for Decision Making:

Determine the implementation strategy for CRM projects both externally and internally

Implementation estimates.

Determine task breakdown, priority and assignment.

Overseeing effective daily plan execution of Team Members.

Resolution of escalated issues.

Successful project delivery.

We have a formal structured pay system allowing for performance based incentives above a base salary.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 + bonuses.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications

Experience

Essential: A minimum of 7 years' in the IT industry which includes experience in the following:

5 years Implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM o Software solution implementations addressing business management issues o Analyzing and documenting business process o Java Script development experience o Experience with data integration software systems (Scribe, BizTalk) o 5 years Microsoft.NET platform development using VB.NET or C# o 5 years Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services

Intermediate Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange Skills

Advanced Microsoft Office Skills

Desirable:

Web Development Technologies (AJAX, CSS)
