Designed, developed and maintained components of CARES
(ConsumerAcquisition and Retention Efficiencies Strategy) project.
Primarily acall center project to create sales leads for Sallie
Mae's educationloan products and to retain and service existing
consumers with theirloan and repayment information. Primarily
worked on building themiddle tier XML Web services in C#, with

in-memory repository, splitting live video files at regular
sizeintervals and threading the process, UI features to support
placing aDVR on test, UI features for Reboot schedules, DVR state
maintenanceand display and also DVR properties. Also wrote major
portions of aWindows based system monitor service that collected
heuristics ofoutside temperature in the DVR surroundings.

Designed and built RIM Tax module for client Michaels Stores,
aleading retail chain based in Irving, Texas. Mostly created
programsin Oracle 9i, Pro*C, and UNIX to interface with Retek 6i.
Identifiedand resolved two major problems leading to a variance in
Michaels'stock ledger: a Canadian currency exchange difference
betweentransaction and shipment dates, and an accidental exclusion
ofperpetual stock in calculating ending inventory.
CLIENT: MAILCODE (PITNEY BOWES), LAFAYETTE, IN
PERIOD: JULY 2004 TO JANUARY 2006
Represented Theoris Inc. at MailCode as a consultant
softwareengineer in 2004. Subsequently joined and worked at
MailCode as afull-time employee until January 2006. Developed and
maintainedvarious multi-threaded C++/Windows service processes
andinstallations for transport control software for clients such as
theUS Treasury, USPS, and several German companies.

Represented Theoris Inc. (Profound Consulting) at CTI Group as
aconsultant software engineer from 1999 to 2002. Subsequently
joinedand worked at CTI Group as a full-time senior software
engineer until2004. Designed and developed a complete telecom
billing softwaresystem (MagnaFlex) with Windows front-end and
HP-UX/Oracle backend.Designed and developed substantial part of
both UI and HP-UX batchprocesses with C++ as the primary

web client for SmartBill, a telecom
