Duration: May, 2011 - June, 2013. Responsibilities: Making sure all safety precaution equipment is taken. Carried out safety test and recorded results on mechanical equipment and system, also recommending improvements. Regularly making dimensional orientation and equipment checks and comparisons. Preparation of estimates for Mechanical Engineering works. Responsible for coordinating and planning daily maintenance and repair activities. Responsible of Preparation of purchase requisition, follow up and finally check-up of equipment’s, Evaluate and plan the requirements of spare parts and consumable stock of all systems components. Responsible for all kinds of main and auxiliary equipment schedule maintenance planning and execution. (As for example –weekly, Monthly, 50Hrs, 100Hrs, 500 Hrs, 1000 Hrs, 2000 Hrs, 4000 Hrs, 8000 Hrs, 12000 Hrs,16000 hrs, 24000 Hrs, 32000 hrs, 48000 Hrs and Yearly schedule maintenance as per equipment schedule). Planning of Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance. Having to scrutinize technical mechanical problems and follow corrective procedures to fix the problem and avoid recurrence. Identify, update and continuously improve equipment reliability. Prepare risk schedules to identify and quantify risks and mitigation measures. Responsible for recording and maintaining engineering records. Involved in design of new machines & equipment, whilst at the same time taking account of cost, availability of materials, strength & maintenance requirements. Experience of designing cost-effective and practical mechanical equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability. Collect and compile data of corrective and preventive maintenance jobs to prepare performance indicators.

Implemented computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for scheduling and execution of preventative and predictive maintenance to improve equipment’s reliability.

Conducted failure analysis of mechanical & electrical failures as well as unexpected maintenance & operational problems related to equipment.

Implemented successfully 5S system in maintenance department and production plant to improve occupational health, safety, ergonomics and efficiency.

Controlling work performance and monitoring work quality and taking corrective action to solve any problem rapidly.

Periodically inspection of all types of safety, lifting and calibration equipment. Preparation of management periodic assessment reports. Supervising the smooth operation of the company power plants. Maintain good client relationships at all times. Knowledge of designing and built a data base for mechanical equipment. Updating of ISO Document.

Engine – WARTSILA ENGINE (W20V32, Vasa18V32, W20V46, W18V34SG & W20V34SG), JOHN DEERE (6081HF001), DAIHATSU (PsHTM-260D), LISTER DIESEL (BHP-64), SISU 33 DTP & EMD Engine.

Engine installation & commissioning. Fault finding & trouble shooting. Parameters data analyses and record keeping. Coupling & crank shaft alignment. Done all types of schedule maintenance (Such as 1000 hrs, 2000 hrs, 4000

hrs, 8000 hrs, 12000 hrs, 24000 hrs, 32000 hrs & complete overhauling of engine.

Crank shaft replacement and alignment. Participate in unplanned maintenance.

Alternator – AVK (DIG167 f/8). Removed and install alternator. Alignment with engine and vibration inspection.

Separator – Heavy fuel oil separator (OSE 80-0136-067/60), Lube oil separator (OSE 20-0196-067/15), Oily water separator (PPT-BWS / MESB 2500), Oil mist separator (CC200-ALVENT).

Install and commissioning. Fault finding & trouble shooting. Parameters data analyses and record keeping. Separator vibration inspection & reset separator timer. Done all types of schedule maintenance and complete overhauling.

Pumps – Centrifugal pumps (GRUNDFOS- CR15-10A-F-A-E-HQQE, LOWARA- CA200/35/P, SV 804F22, KOLMEKS- AE-25/2, KSB PUMPS- ETANORM-M080-250-M10).Screw pumps- (IMO PUMP- ACG-070D7-NTBP, ACG-060N7-NVBP, ACG-052N7-NVBP, ACG-045K7-NTBP, ACE-025L3-NTBP, ACE-032N3-NVBP), DIAPHRAGM PUMP (DEPA - DL25-FA-NNN) (WILDEN- P200/AAPPP/BNS/VT/ABN/0696), Gear pump & reciprocating pump etc.

Install and commissioning. Fault finding & trouble shooting. Done all types of schedule maintenance Participate in unplanned maintenance.

Compressors- HATLAPA (L160), KAESER (SK 25), FINI (SKJ100-500L-10). Install and commissioning. Fault finding & trouble shooting. Done all types of schedule maintenance and complete overhauling.

Boilers – Exhaust gas boiler (AALBORG- UNEX H -TYPE 2A), Auxiliary boiler (AALBORG - BH1500L).

Install and commissioning. Fault finding & trouble shooting. Done all types of schedule maintenance. Yearly survey.

Turbochargers- ABB (TPL67-C34), TURBOMACA (HS 5800 Supercharger).
