SendOutCards Artist Agreement

Custom cards will be created at the discounted rate of $10.00 each for use with SendOutCards system. These cards will be displayed in the “Custom Cards” section of the artist SendOutCards card catalog. A minimum of 10 custom cards is required before they will be put into the CardShop.

The artist’s personal website (as set up by the artist) will be available in the CardShop for ALL SendOutCards users to view and purchase.

Artist will be responsible for transferring purchased cards to the SendOut-Cards account of each buyer. Transfer of cards to the purchaser is required within 10 days of receiving payment. Failure to due so could result in being removed from the artist program.

You will receive 50 FREE transfers; after 50 you will be charged 10¢ per transfer for any additional transfers that you make. A transfer consists of any transfer of a custom card from the artist account to another account: including transfers to friends, family, colleagues or in error.

Artist determines ALL pricing of their artwork.

SendOutCards makes NO claims or promises as to the artist’s income.

SendOutCards may terminate or change the artist agreement at any time.

In order to maintain quality of the artist section, a limit to the number of artists allowed into the program may be imposed and/or monthly fees may be required to remain in the program.

The artist releases marketing rights, by name and artwork, to SendOutCards.

How to Participate

1) Become a SendOutCards™ user by becoming a Distributor or Customer

2) Have your artwork/imagery made into a custom card. - You will pay $10.00 per card made. - Your custom cards go into your SendOutCards “custom cards” catalog.

3) Provide SendOutCards with the link to your OWN personal website. - This is where your cards will be displayed for SendOutCards users to preview and purchase.

4) SendOutCards places you into the CardShop under an appropriate category (fi ne art, photography, industry specifi c, etc.) with the name you specify (i.e. John Doe’s Cards, JD Photography, etc).

5) SendOutCards users click your link, go to your site and purchase your cards - You set your own pricing!

6) You then transfer the custom card(s) from your account into theirs on the SendOutCards site. - You will receive 50 free transfers, after that you are charged a fee of 10¢ per transfer.

6) The purchaser then has unlimited use of your card(s). - Each card sent out includes your artists’ bio and/or contact info.

Creating Custom CardsSend your artwork/imagery to design@sendoutcards.com. Size Specifi cationsSize Specifi cations Card Front: 7.5” x 5.5” (card may be vertical or horizontal) 1/4” each side will be trimmed off - Final card size = 7” x 5” Card Inside: 7” x 5” - no bleed/trim. Keep elements at least 1/4” from edges. Resolution Specifi cationsResolution Specifi cations Final Artwork must be at least 300 dpi at the above size. Final Artwork must be submitted as TIF, EPS, or JPG format.

Creating Your WebsiteCreate a personal Website allows SendOutCards users to: - View your artwork/imagery. Customers need to be able to clearly see what they are purchasing. - Make payment to you (Paypal, Neteller, etc.) - A specifi c time frame it will take for the transaction to be completed (when they will receive the card for use).

Selling Your ArtworkUpon receiving payment from a SendOutCards user for 1 or more of your custom cards, you will transfer the custom card(s) to that user.

You will receive 50 FREE transfers. After 50 you will be charged 10¢ per transfer for any additional transfers that you make.

A transfer consists of any transfer of a custom card from the artist’s account to another account: including transfers to friends, family, colleagues or in error.

You will be required to transfer the card or cards to the purchaser within 10 days of receiving payment.

The purchaser now has unlimited use of the card. Each card sent will print with your artists’ bio and/or contact information.

CardStore Features:

• Sell your art/imagery to SendOutCards users for use with their SendOutCards account... YOU set your own price.

• SendOutCards will assist YOU in marketing your artwork to the ENTIRE SendOutCards user-base. Once you become part

of the Artist Program we will send an e-mail out to ALL SendOutCards

users introducing YOU to SendOutCards.

• In addition SendOutCards users will help market you to the world by sending out your artwork complete with an artist bio and contact information. The back of EVERY greeting card will

have YOUR own artist bio and contact information.
