Calibus’ Dream EscapeContract for Engagement of Services Magic of Music This is to be a legally binding contractual agreement between Calibus’ Dream Escape LLC and _______________________ for consideration of both parties in this educational engagement:

Calibus’ Dream Escape agrees to hold the educational seminar entitled, “The Magic of Music.” The Magic of music is a 16-hour course that is broken up into 4 days. Beginning with lasers and a cosmic introduction phase 1 teaches the divination of music. That is a journey through time in the development of music and the cultural influence. In phase I the guitarist will learn scales, arpeggios, and chords. Phase II begins the mixing of the potions using the ingredients taught in phase I. Phase III is the incantations that includes the chord spellings, chordal melodies, open tunings, and much more. Phase IV is the sorcery. The sorcery is the associations, the compositions, the trance of music, and more. The clinic has many proprietary secrets that make use of tools solely for the use of entertainment but some in script, product placements, or other subliminal promotions are possible. This opportunity for promotional advertisement may not be limited to the engaging party and advertisement may be sold to other outside non-competing organizations. In this event the engaging party may have the opportunity to partner and profit from the sales of said product or service but Calibus’ Dream Escape maintains complete ownership of the advertising slot.

Though the engaging party may be privy to most information involving advertising slots there may be circumstances where an advertiser may want some information confidential. In this case Calibus’ Dream Escape is responsible for the disbursement of information and cannot be held liable for missed opportunity or anything else that is the result of the omission of information.

1.0 Publicity and advertisingCalibus’ Dream Escape will supply the Jpegs to use for the purpose of promoting the entertainment engagement through poster and fliers. Calibus’ Dream Escape will also make available the show artists for interviews and other promotions two weeks prior to the engagement and with two weeks prior scheduling notice and agreement. Promotions that require personal appearance may require additional scheduling agreements and additional travel and housing costs may apply. The engaging party is responsible for the promotional costs and all other promotional considerations unless otherwise negotiated in writing and the engaging party agrees to publicize the engagement to the fullest capabilities. The engaging party also agrees to provide all advertising copies to Calibus’ Dream Escape. Calibus’ Dream Escape will perform the clinic 4 days for 4 hours. The agreement of Calibus’ Dream Escape to perform is subject to proven detention by sickness, accidents, riots, strikes, acts of God or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control.

The dates are otherwise consecutive.

2.0 SecuritySecurity must be provided by the engaging party and must be adequate to insure the safety of the artists, staff, and property of Calibus’ Dream Escape from the arrival until final departure. 2.1 In the event of unlawful, unauthorized or malicious behavior Calibus’ Dream Escape is free to cease service hereunder. In the event that this cancellation damages the reputation of Calibus’ Dream Escape full effort to restore that reputation is upon the responsible party.

3.0 The Hall or performance settingThe engaging party agrees to provide staff to collect tickets, ushers, and box office. 3.1 The performance facility must be open to sound and lighting techs 4 hours before the performance. 3.2 The stage must be accessible by means other than entering through the audience. 3.3 The engaging party agrees to provide an area in which Calibus’ Dream Escape can sell memorabilia.3.4 a dressing room for males and one for females is to be provided by engaging party.3.5 Backstage and dressing areas will be kept private to the staff of Calibus’ Dream Escape except with written exception.3.6 The audience seating must allow a fair level of comfort.3.7 There is to be no unauthorized recording, video capturing, or transmitting of the event.

4.0 Lodging Adequate and acceptable lodging is to be provided for 24 hours before the show date and 24 hours after the finishing date.4.1 acceptable rooms are 1 double rooms with two double beds at an AAA recommended hotel.4.2 Meals will be provided backstage the day of the show.

7.0 Calibus’ Dream Escape shall receive no less than 75% headline billing in all advertising, publicity, and promotions for the event.

8.0 All payments will be made by money order or cash. 8.1 All payment is to be made in US currency unless otherwise specified.8.2 All Payments are to be made payable to Jack Taylor unless otherwise specified.8.3 A $500 deposit is due upon the signing of this contract. That reflects 50% of the guaranteed compensation.8.4 The other 50% or $500 is to be paid directly prior to the performance.8.5 the ticket sales will split as follows the first $1,000 is due to the engaging party for the deposit and guaranteed compensation paid out to Calibus’ Dream Escape.8.6 The engaging party is to be reimbursed for all other expenses related to meeting the terms of this agreement out of the gross ticket sales. 8.7 Calibus’ Dream Escape is to be paid 30% of the remaining ticket sales figure.8.8 The engaging party is responsible for reporting all determinations of tickets and accounting therefore including complimentary tickets and or discounted tickets.
