TRANSPORTATION TO/AROUND VEGAS

FLIGHT -- Everyone is responsible for their own flight to Las Vegas.

TRANSPORTATION -- There are several options to get around in Vegas. Please use one of the following:

MONORAIL – Single Ride, Daily, and Multi-Day passes available for purchase. The LV Monorail has extended its hours during the SEMA Show. Board the Monorail as early as 6:00 a.m. Tuesday - Friday. Service continues until 2:00 a.m. on Tuesday - Thursday and 3:00 a.m. on Friday. With a station location right in front of the LVCC, the monorail is a fast and easy way to travel from the Strip to the SEMA Show. Purchase your discounted tickets in advance at tickets.lvmonorail.com/sema2016 or visit a Monorail station.

TAXI -- Taxis run 24/7 and are everywhere. Please try to buddy-up/fit as many people in one taxi as possible. There are 2 designated drop-off and pick-up areas during the SEMA Show. These transportation hubs are located on the East side of the Performance Pavilion and in the Blue Lot on the East end of the Grand Lobby, adjacent to the Central Hall.

HOTEL SHUTTLES – Complimentary shuttles are provided each morning and afternoon between the Las Vegas Convention Center and official hotel partners. The hours are as follows:

Hotels to SEMA Show Hours Tuesday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

SEMA Show to Hotels Hours Tuesday – Thursday 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Friday 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Hotel Shuttles will run every 20-30 minutes and will drop off/pick up at three separate locations at the SEMA Show: The Westgate Hotel, North Hall Door 10 and the east end of the Performance Pavilion. Hotel shuttles will carry an average of 55 passengers and will be marked with a route number. Route numbers will coordinate with which hotel properties they service.

CREDENTIALS

Everyone is required to pick up his/her hard credential at the ROUSH booth located at Ford Out Front area upon arrival to the convention center. You will need to bring your confirmation to Express Registration at the AAPEX or the SEMA Show in order to have your badges printed onsite. You will be required to present an official government-issued photo ID (such as a passport or driver’s license) in order to have your badge printed out. The name on the ID must match the name in the registration record.

DRESS CODE

Everyone will receive their polos prior to trip departure. RPP Booth Staff and SLP/Loudmouth Booth Staff have designated polos.

ALL RPP AND SLP/LM STAFF ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR BLACK PANTS & POLO EACH DAY.

Everyone will be receiving a P-51 polo to be worn on Tuesday for the show, as well as the unveiling party that starts after the show at 5:30pm. Please see Mike Rey or Audrey Smith if you have any questions regarding what to wear.

Nitemare: Located in the ROUSH Booth (Ford Out Front)

The ROUSH F-150 Nitemare is the ultimate street truck – a culmination of aggressive good looks, performance truck mannerisms, and streetability. The Nitemare is not a new creation within the ROUSH brand. Our first Nitemare truck was created in 2008, and featured a ROUSHcharged 5.4L power plant, boasting a menacing 445- horsepower. ROUSH has upped the ante in the years since, and is pleased to announce that this mean street truck produces a Continental CrossContact tire-thrashing 600-horsepower and 557 lb-ft of torque from its ROUSHcharged 5.0L engine. The new Nitemare not only benefits from a boost in power, but it’s also a much lighter truck thanks to its new aluminum body which decreases weight by between 600 and 700 pounds depending on configuration.
