SEM ELEMENTS

Inagural Year: a formal culmination of existing/ new

projects based on the 7 SEM Goals.

Purpose: to provide a guide map for recruitment,

persistence and retention efforts on an annual basis

to increase our opportunities for success.

SEM Committee: is a central group where ideas are

shared, vetted, developed and implemented – and

to capture activities across the college into one

place.

SEM VISION & MISSION

Vision: to foster a culture of shared responsibility

to achieve enrollment goals, enhance the student

experience and student success in support of the

educational goals of the communities we serve.

Mission: to strategically strengthen the college’s

competiveness, reach and enrollment goals in

support of the strategic plan, mission and vision of

the college.
