Fully pre-hung doorset with all ironmongery fitted which allows for a swift and simple installation.

Door leafs are hung on a unique pivot system, providing

a very simple operation for door hanging or removal.

No plastic bung required! A flush escutcheon is pre-fitted

Quadra introduction


Quadra combines usability with discreet design to provide easy access and a completely smooth wall profile, making it ideal for concealing riser doors and service cupboards in corridors, landings and other access areas.

An introduction to Quadra

Quadra is supplied as an integral, four-sided frame and

door system, pre-constructed to form a single robust

unit. It is pre-made to your requirements so onsite work

is minimal.

The door is hung on a unique pivot system specifically

designed for the application. This robust hinge is fully

concealed and makes the door leaf extremely simple to

remove and re-hang if required.

The doorset is then fixed into the shaft/partition wall

through the perforated flange and fixing holes in

the face of the frame. Once in place, Quadra offers

excellent accessibility combined with solid durability.

Once in place, Quadra can be plastered or tape and

jointed up to the integral stop-beads at the corners of

the frame, creating a perfectly flush profile with the wall.

The system can then be painted with the same finish as

the surrounding wall, creating a consistent, high-quality

aesthetic finish that sets the project apart!

The Una riser door system utilises a timber door leaf with a concealed metal frame which allows the fitting of standard locks and handles to match in with the rest of the project.

The Una system is provided as a full doorset with the

frame made to size and supplied as a flat packed kit

prepared for all ironmongery. The door leaf is provided

with hinge cut outs and can be primed for on site

finishing or pre-finished in our factory.

The timber door leaf enables you to fit standard

ironmongery to it such as locks, flush bolts and

handles. Concealed or visible butt hinges can provided

depending on your finish, requirements and the budget.

The frame is a single-piece metal section with a

perforated bead and stop for fixing holes. Once

installed the frame provides a strong and robust clean

edge which can be plastered up to or tape and jointed

to conceal the frame.

Once installed the Una system can be plastered or

tape-and-jointed to the integral stop beads creating a

perfectly seamless finish.

If provided primed the door can be finished along with

the rest of the wall to completely hide the door.

Una door leafs are manufactured from high-density solid timber core using the latest CNC technology.

Una options

Una doors are made to suit every individual order,

taking into account size, quantity and finish. The

doors are cut out of their original core size and then

calibrated for a smooth surface to take the next stage

of preparation. They are then lipped with hardwood and

veneered with an opaque kraft paper to conceal the

lippings and give a completely smooth finish ready for

final painting.

Using our technologically advanced CNC machinery,

the doors are then cut out for hinges, seals and

other ironmongery where required before being

palletised and sent to site in their ‘ready to fit’ form.

Una options

Standard ironmongery can be used with the Una system.

Ironmongery

The frame is prepared to receive the lock or latch that

will be used in the door. Almost all standard lock and

latch types are compatible with the frame. The strike

plate is included with the doorset but the actual lock or

latch is not. The lock/latch is fitted to the door on site.

Flush bolts can be fitted in the normal fashion.
