Introducing the injuries clinic

The sports injury clinic offers self-employed practitioners or those looking to move their client base, treatment space for competitive rates. The clinic is a fully functioning business placed within the London Metropolitan University Science building on the North Campus.

The clinic is set in a £30 million Olympic training facility in North London and offers an ideal treatment space for competitive rates with the added flexibility.

The Sports Therapy Clinic is conveniently located between Holloway Road tube station and Emirates football stadium, a two-minute walk from each and so we are very easy to find.

The clinic space is ideally located within London Metropolitan University, next to Holloway tube station with parking available nearby at the Sobell Leisure Centre (Approx 10 minute walk away).

The Facilities

The clinic boasts a fully functional clinic and rehabilitation room including electrotherapy modalities and rehabilitation equipment.

Modern and fully equipped facility...• 6 plinths in total (electric and manual pump).• Adjoining rehabilitation room with a multitude of equipment including treadmill, rowing machine, weights bench

and much more.• Central computer and online booking system to manage bookings.• Ice machine, therma-pack unit, ultrasound equipment and much more.• Consumables such as oils creams and plinth linens

Tariff

The clinic will charge you a second-to-note rate of £12.50 per appointment up to an hour period.

The clinic is an ideal space for a variety of fully qualified health practitioners to carry out their appointments. These may include Sports Therapists, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Podiatrists, Chiropractors, and Athletic Trainers.

Full insurance is required

The flexibility of renting the University clinic boasts numerous benefits, including:

How to Join the Clinic

1. Email Kevin Raffaella Pontonutti (Please title the email: SEP) to arrange an informal meeting and tour of the facility. You may then take a copy of the contract to read through at your leisure. Please also bring with you a copy of your insurance documents and qualifications for our records.

2. If you decide that the space and arrangements work for you, you will be given a login and password to use on the gotimekeeper booking system to manage your appointments and to buy credits for your appointments.

If you wish for a long term agreement to be made for your practice there is a possibility to generate bespoke contract and pay an agreed annual fee (no need to buy individual credits).

How to Book Appointments

1. Gotimekeeper is an online booking system that the clinic uses, providing a quick and easy process for your appointments

2. Enter http://www.gotimekeeper.com3. Click on login and enter your log in details4. Click on the icon to purchase booking credits – you will

have the option to purchase individual credits or a bundle of credits at a discount

5. Finally, select the dates and times to reserve your plinth space - you will receive a timetable of the available days and times prior to commencing (ensure that you click on the correct type and duration of the

appointment).

Appointment Cancellations

7. If for any reason the booking needs to be cancelled you click on the time it is entered on the diary and click cancel booking.

*Note the appointment should be cancelled as early as possible to avoid still being charged.
