Selection Working Group is a special group of people who are in charge of ensuring the selection process of the new Member Committee. SWG will get to know the MC applicantsbest by designing the selection process and participating in all the selection stages(screening the applications, hearing the speeches, conducting and analyzing interviews,etc.). Being the most familiar with the applicant profiles, SWG will then makerecommendations to the General Assembly regarding the best composition of the new MCteam

Responsibilities include:• Creating Selection Criteria• Creating selection timeline and flow• Creating application questionnaire• Creating and conducting personal interviews and AIESEC interviews• Sourcing candidates from Finland and globally• Evaluating Candidates• Making recommendations for General Assembly

Workload will be 5 - 8 hours per month from selection onwards to the time the whole MCteam is selected. All SWG work can be done virtually, except attendance at NatConf, inHelsinki (8th, 9th & 10th Janurary) which is mandatory. You are encouraged to participatephysically as much as possible for other SWG and feedback meetings.
