Clean India Green India Organic Waste to Compost Generation

1) Segregate the household waste and use only bio-waste in the BIOZAP Composter.

2) Do not put more than 600gm to 700gm of wet waste at one time.

3 - ) Add the BIOZAP Waste Decomposer15gm/week/10 kg waste.

4) Use the BIOZAP Activator for compost enrichment after 4 to 5 inches of initial layer of waste.

5) Cut the wastages of long & green vegetables, hard vegetables like cauliflower, etc. into pieces of one inches before putting into the Composter.

6) It is better to use mixed kind of wet waste like food leftovers, fruit peels, used tea leaves, flowers & leaves for composting.

7) Because of excess water in the wet waste it stinks, use any of the bulking agent like dry waste of flowers & leaves, saw dust, soil. Cut the newspaper in small pieces & mix with wet waste to absorb excess liquid. Add BIOZAP Odour Remover - 15gm/day till the odour reduces, continue the use as per the requrement.

8) Maintain 50% moisture for better composting.9) Stir well every time after adding the waste, it helps

to grow useful organisms and helps in rapid composting.

10) A thick layer of Newspaper can be pressed over the wet waste inside the Composter to increase the heat.

11) If possible, keep the Composter in an airy place.12) Till the Composter is half-filled, stir the wet waste

upside down and when it is filled to the brink, then stir only the upper portion of the waste without disturbing the lower waste.

13) Do not put hard waste like shells of Coconut, Walnut, etc. and Mango core, Corns, etc. for composting. Similarly don't use leftovers from Non-Vegetarian food.

14) If there is no odour in the wet waste, its colour starts becoming black and it is getting warm (heated) due to the exothermic reaction, this means that composting is happening properly.

Important Instructions• Do not stir the waste with bare hands, use hand

gloves and the stirrer.• Cut the waste into small pieces before putting in the

Composter, including Green Pea peels and other green vegetables.
