Begin Search

• Arranging Travel for allows the Travel Arranger to select a Traveler (shown only if you are a Travel Arranger)

• Messages at the top of each page will assist you along the way

• Choose the air, hotel and car options, enter dates of travel and click Begin Search


• Click to choose your departing flight noting company preferencesSelect

• Modify Search allows you to change your search options

Purchasing Information

• Review Purchasing Information which is based on information and settings from My Account

• Ensure the Payment Information is complete

• Select a Purpose of Trip from the drop-down list

• Enter any additional information or special requests (ie. limousine reservations needed)

• Click Purchase Trip


Reservation Complete

• Your confirmation numbers will appear on the Reservation Complete page which you can print or download to your calendar

• SEG Travel will issue your ticket and send you an email confirmation


Next Steps

• Any trip can be saved as a Trip Template to make it quick and easy to re-book the same air, hotel and car options in the future (also available on the Review Trip page)

• Arrangers can easily book the same trip for other travelers by clicking on after choosing the name of the traveler they arrange travel for from the drop-down list
