• Bank Creates a dedicated team to own the new growth path through automation
• The team of officers goes through the entire software and identifies changes required as per the requirements of the
bank.
• The team defines various masters and parameters for various modules in the software as per the procedures of the
bank for each and every module.
• Each branch shall work on this master data only.
• The basic changes are identified and given for customization for each module after undertaking the complete
procedure for the module on dummy accounts and conducting working on these accounts for over a period of time.
• The necessary changes are made as per the bank’s requirements.
• The team visits rechecks the changes undertaken.
• An exhaustive manual is prepared by the bank for its branches.
• The team prepares a detailed schedule for training and implementation of bank staff on BancMate.

Success of Implementation Strategy

The 3 tier application has been developed on JAVA Technologies and is OS and
RDBMS independent.
2. The application is already in use with over 1500 users on pure CBS.
3. It has also been successfully tested for 7,000 concurrent users.

Single windows for opening multiple Customer ID's and Account – eg. 3
persons opening a joint Account will follow a single Maker and Checker process
(2 steps) instead of 3 Customer ID creation 3 authorization and than one
account opening and authorization (total 8 steps).

FD management similar to the manual system where there is a customer ID,
Account No. and multiple receipts in that Account. We don’t open an account for
every FD created.
