Technical/Functional Expectations: 1. User Accounts and Access: Enables and monitors access on key systems and applications, including creation, deletion and modification of accounts. Assists in the semi-annual recertification and reauthorization process of user access. Provides guidance to internal and external customers regarding requests for access. 2. Policies and Procedures: Ensures that Company and IT policies and procedures are followed to grant appropriate access levels. Assists in the development of automated procedures to manage access in accordance with set policies. Works with business units and data owners in the development and maintenance of group access levels, and develops procedures to properly and efficiently manage user access. Assists in the evaluation and development of corporate-wide policies, procedures, standards and guidelines for the management of user access. 3. Problem Resolution: Develops awareness and familiarity with issues and events affecting user access at all Fidelis locations and key management. Provides problem determination and resolution for access issues on supported applications and systems. 4. Operational Efficiency: Identifies opportunities that can improve the efficiency of the logical security access processes across applications. 5. Other duties as required: Perform other incidental and related duties as required or assigned.

Position Summary:

Business Experience:

1. Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in information

security, preferably in a health care environment.

Knowledge of Network Security.
