Management Bar

Account

Click Account to find an account created in SECURITHOR.

Click Search button once you enter customer information (it is not necessary to key in all information).

Account Numbers

Customer first name

Expand the button by open up other account features;

Create new Accounts

To create a new account, click on Accounts → Create Account

- Enter new account number for new customer.

- click on the Create button. Proceed by keying in the account information on the Account

Management Window.

Edit/Delete Accounts

To Edit/Delete Accounts, click on Accounts → Edit/Delete Account

To change account number;

1) Enter old customer account number and the new number account for that particular customer.

2) Click Change

Delete Accounts;

1) You can delete multiple account at one time by key in account number follow by [,] .

2) Click Delete

Operator

Click operator to open Operator Administration.

View Existing Operator

Create New Operator

Edit / Delete Operators

To create new operator and their security permission

Cities

Click cities to open City Management for editing, deleting and creating cities and

Cities call emergency list.

Create New Cities

Click Report to open Report Generation.

Filtering Report

Example for Auto Test Report

Step 1: Under Reports in Account/Partition section. Insert account number, start and end dates. You can

select between by account/partition or in chronological order.

Example : account 0001 – 1000

Enter account number as 0001,0002..1000

Step 2: Enter Start and End Date which report to be print.

Step 3: Enter title of reports, “ AUTO TEST REPORT”

Step 4: In filter section, tick include Auto Test and then generate

Example for AC LOSS REPORT

Step 1: Under Reports in Account/Partition section. Insert account number, start and end dates. You can

select between by account/partition or in chronological order.

Example : account 0001 – 1000

Enter account number as 0001,0002..1000

Step 2: Enter title of reports,

example = AC LOSS Report and select event reports to incoming / processed.

Step 3: In filters section, enter alarm code “E301000 – AC LOSS, then generate report. For both AC LOSS

and RESTORE AC LOSS enter E301000, R301000.

Templates

Click Template to open template management.

Create New Alarm Template

Customize Alarm Template

1) Choose type of alarm

2) Tick Auto Log if you want to monitor signal only or untick if you want to process the signal when

it received.

3) Set Priority for signal. [ 1 is the most priority and 10 is the lowest priority]

4) Enter Alarm code . [eg: E628000, E627000, E401001, E130001 and others]

5) Put the description for Alarm code.

[eg: E628000 Enter Programming Mode

E130001 Burglary Alarm on Zone 1

6) After enter all Alarm code, click Save as New Template

7) Then click Close

Click Setting to customize Securithor Setting.

Alarm Monitoring

Click on the Auto button ( ) to toggle Automatic Alarm Generation for incoming events. When

activated, all incoming signal that needs to be process will appear within SECURITHOR.

To manually pick up an incoming signal, click on the Pick up Button ( ). A table containing all event

that is waiting to be processed will be displayed .

Backup and Restore

Click Backup to open backup utility

Back Up Database

Schedule Regular Back Up

Customize Back Up

1) You can choose date and time to auto backup and store in which location you want.

2) Click Force Backup Now if you want to manually backup.

To Restore

Go to C://Program Files/MCDI/Securithor, then open DBRestore.exe

In Securithor Database Restore,

1. Select the Date to be restore

2. Browse the location where the database is storage
