Our Fleet

Our fleet are fitted with a management system called Greenroad which is a safety system we have installed to make our drivers safer and more vigilant.

It is a 3 light system which indicates how the officer is driving, and the light on the dashboard will be green, amber or red according to the safety and accuracy of the driver to the road conditions.

Technology

TracVault is a secure, wall-mounted key vault with a removable front digital keypad; the vault is located in an agreed position external to the Customer’s premises. Within the TracVault, a key or access card is contained that will enable the Mobile Patrol Officer to gain access into the premises.

The Patrol Officer, when called to attend the site, attaches a digital keypad to the front of the vault, enters a unique PIN (Unique Identification Number) and then contacts the Securitas ARC to obtain an unlock code.

When entered, the unlock code allows the Patrol Officer to access the vault, remove the key, card etc and enter the premises. The Officer then checks the cause of the activation, will take the appropriate action and then re-secure the premises.

The key, card etc is then placed back in the vault, the vault is then locked. The officer removes the keypad and leaves the site fully secure.

The unlock code given by the ARC is unique and can only be used the once. Attempting to again access after the original unlock code has been used, will have no effect and will not open the vault.

The keys to the site always remain available at the site, allowing efficient, quick response to the activation.

Reporting

All of our vehicles are fitted with a tracker system which gives complete transparency of our service. The system consists of a dedicated ‘chip’ fitted to each vehicle and this is linked to a GPS Satellite System. The vehicle movement is then relayed to a computer system which can be accessed by our alarm receiving centre ( ARC ).

The movements of our vehicles can be checked 24/7 and we can also review historical events. The route taken by a vehicle can be tracked in real time including all stops and the period the vehicle is stationary at a particularly location.

The benefits of this are numerous and can easily resolve any dispute about when the vehicle attended a particular location and the amount of time spent there.

We can also set a geofence around your business premises which will generate an email anytime we arrive onsite.

It is also a useful tool in the Health and Safety monitoring of ‘lone workers’.

Guard Reporting System -GRS

The 3.5G Motorola 75A is one of the world's premium digital assistants. It addresses business critical mobility needs by maximizing processing power with a rugged design, application flexibility, data capture capabilities, connectivity options, security and manageability.

The device works in conjunction with our new Command And Control Software managed from our Corby Despatch Centre and gives us the ability to produce customer reports with photos and reduce our dependence on paper reports out in the field. The device will ensure we deliver customer service excellence.
