Trade secrecy as an IP strategy is gaining significant traction - while litigations are growing exponentially all over the world.

New legislations provide trade secrets owners better protection while requiring additional measures. ● US - Defend Trade Secrets Act 2016● China - Anti-Unfair Competition Law 2017● EU - Trade Secrets Directive 2018
