The AVflexTM from Wernick Hire provides a securetemporary modular building incorporating robustanti-vandal security features.

The exterior of the AVflexTM unit features highsecurity doors fitted with insurance approveddeadlocks and windows protected with heavy dutysecurity shutters. AVflexTM units eliminate the needfor traditional linking corridors between adjoiningunits thus creating more internal space andreducing the overall site footprint.

The internal layout of the AVflexTM can be tailored to suit individual site needs. The buildings can beopen plan or partitioned to create individual offices, staff areas or meeting rooms.

The internal fixtures and fittings include doublesockets, IT and telephone points fitted in dadotrunking, convector heaters and category 2 lighting as standard.

Welfare and ablution facilities including toilets,showers and drying facilities can also be provided.

The units can be finished in client bespoke liveryschemes and supplied with a number of additionaloptions including furniture, comfort cooling andshowers.

The AVflexTM Bespoke system allows for aninternal room arrangement to suit a client’s exact requirements.

Large ‘open plan’ areas of the accommodation canbe divided up into any configuration required; forexample a reception area, glazed meeting rooms,toilets and partially or fully enclosed kitchen space.

Welfare space can also be divided up in the sameway giving total flexibility of design. The layoutpermutations are endless.

The AVflexTM Bespoke range is available in 7.2 metres or 9.6 metre wide arrangements.
