1. Introduction

This document describes the use of the HCA (Hypera Compartilhamento de Arquivos / Hypera File Sharing).

The HCA is a WEB application designed to protect file transfer between company, suppliers and partners.

The transfers are made safely through the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with digital certify.

To perform file transfers to Hypera, suppliers and partners must be invited by one of the Hypera

employees.

All actions made in the application are recorded in LOGs and audit can be monitored without prior notice.

The use of the HCA for file transfer meets the criteria of the information protection and Hypera information

security policies.

3. File Transfer Process

Invitation and registration for application use. 3.1.

To send or receive files it is necessary to be invited by a Hypera employee. The invitation is sent 3.1.1.

by email as in the example below. Click on link received on e-mail to sign on the HCA system

and create a new user password.

On the registration form, type and confirm your password. Then click on the "Alterar minha 3.1.2.

senha" button.

Hypera’s password rules:

• Minimum size of 8 alphanumeric characters;

• Must contain uppercase and lowercase;

• Must contain at least one number or special character (!, $, #,%, etc.);

• Must change every 120 days;

• Restriction of reuse of the last password;

• 5 failed attempts to log in blocks account.

When you finish you will be redirected to the site first screen, showing a success message. 3.1.3.

Receiving files 3.2.

If you want to receiver files you have to be a registered user. (Item 3.1). 3.2.1.

When a Hypera employee sends one or more files, the vendor/partner will receive an e-mail 3.2.2.

alert that are files that available at HCA. You can access these files by clicking directly on the

link in the e-mail received or entering the site (https://arquivos.hypera.com.br), clicking on the

link "Meus Arquivos Recebidos" and download the files by clicking on their names.

Sending Files 3.3.

3.3.1.1. Sending files is available to suppliers and partners who are registered.

On the HCA menu you click on the “Enviar Arquivos”. 3.3.2.

In the file send screen, you can add the files you want to send and the recipients that should 3.3.3.

receive the files.

Attention: * Email addresses will only be accepted from Hypera Group

(@hypera.com.br, @brainfarma.ind.br, @cosmed.ind.br and @myagencia.com.br) and

supported Hypera IT (@falconcorp.com.br and @activeind.com.br)

* Make sure the file is not open or being used by another user in the moment you are

adding.

After you add the files and choose the recipients, the send button ( ) will appear. By 3.3.4.

clicking on this button, the files will be transferred to the destination.

The progress bar and percentage of sending files will be on your screen, and at the end, you will 3.3.5.

note that the files were transferred successfully.

You will receive an email that is a copy of email sent to recipients as below. Warning: The links 3.3.6.

in this message only work for recipients.

Unlock / Forgot user password system 3.4.

If you forget or block your password you need use the open “Esqueci minha senha”. 3.4.1.

Clicking on this option and typing your email, you will receive an email message with the link to 3.4.2.

registrate a new password as described in item 3.1.
