Section 319 Funding
EPA provides funds to the state and state administers.
All projects have a 25% match requirement.Centennial grant funds are sometimes used for the
matching portion.Any combination match (cash or in-kind):
Up to $250,000 grant award.Cash only match:
More than 250,000 in grant funding up to $500,000.

violations Municipalities, other agencies, local governments,
federally recognized tribal nations or entities can apply
EPA CARE Program Helps communities address multiple sources of toxic
pollution
OTHER GRANT IDEAS
EPA Smart Growth Technical Assistance Annual, competitive solicitation open to state, local,
regional, and tribal governments (and non-profits that have partnered with a governmental entity) that want to incorporate smart growth techniques into their future development.
EPA Pollution Prevention Grant supports State and Tribal technical assistance programs
which help businesses identify better environmental strategies and solutions for reducing or eliminating waste at the source
