Cule Low Profile Deck Hatches Manufactured in New Zealand, this quality range of Cule hatches offer a wide range of sizes and styles perfectly suited to both OEM users and the retail replacement market. For convenience Cule cut out dimensions have been matched to existing brands on some popular sizes. Cule low profile hatches are manufactured from silver anodised extruded aluminium and are fitted with a 10mm thick UV stabilised smoke grey acrylic lens. Quick action friction hatch stays allow the hatch lid to pivot and be locked at any angle through an arc from 0-130º. Supplied with internal locking handles and low profile external handles all hatches have the ability to be locked in the fully closed or ventilation position. Boasting a five year warranty on all workmanship and materials the complete range of Cule hatches have been designed and tested to perform in any environment, whether on a small powerboat or offshore yacht. Also available is a comprehensive selection of internal trims and flyscreen accessories to suit. Internal trims feature flyscreen rebates and locking mechanism indents for flush fitment. Swing arms and fasteners are included for easy screen attachment and removal. Please note that all screens require the appropriate trim for flush installation.

Bomar 2000 Series High Profile HatchesTraditional style deck hatches with heavy duty aluminium frame, available in a choice of clear or black anodised finish. Base extrusion includes an extra high sealing lip. Heavy duty smoke acrylic pane provides privacy whilst letting in adequate light. Hatch design has no sharp corners to snag lines or sails. Twist lock adjustable riser arms retain the hatch in the open position. All models are supplied as standard with internal/external closing handles which have a simple locking security function in either a ventilation position or fully closed. A mushroom cap may be purchased to simply replace the outside handle, if inside only opening is required. Height above deck is 45mm. Internal flange is 25mm deep. Internal trim mouldings are available in black or white and are ordered separately. Insect screens can only be fitted in conjunction with the internal trim rings. Seabreeze Shade ScreensA sun shade and insect screen solution, designed to compliment the interior of modern boats. Simple installation with just four screws attaching the Seabreeze screen directly under the Bomar hatch, without the need for additional finishing trims. A built in track system prevents the shade and screen from rolling unevenly. The separate sun shade and insect screens can be used to block out the sunlight, let in the breeze while keeping insects out, or it can be set to do a combination of both.

Gray Low Profile HatchesFrames are moulded high impact resin, available in a choice of black or white. The smoke finished lens is injection moulded, super tough polycarbonate. Fitted with a twist lock adjustable strut to hold the hatch open, one each side on the 170756 and 170758. Internal/external closing handles are standard on all models. If external handles are not required, a mushroom cap may be purchased to simply replace the outside handles. Internal handles have simple locking security in either the ventilation position or fully closed. 30mm deep internal flange. 32mm corner radius. Gray Opening PortlightsPortlight frame is moulded high impact resistant resin, available in a choice of black or white. The clear lens is injection moulded super tough polycarbonate. Supplied complete with insect screen and trim ring. The smaller sized ports 171453-171459 have friction hinges to hold the port window open at any chosen position. The larger ports 171461-171463 have a spring loaded hinge to hold the port window in the fully open position. Quick action locking knobs, the number of which varies with portlight size, secure the lens against the rubber seal on the frame to ensure a watertight closure.

Frames are moulded high impact resistant, UV stabilised resin. The smoked portlight lens is injection moulded super tough polycarbonate. Access Hatches - Europa

Low profile, injection moulded UV stabilised plastic hatches designed for installation on any internal or external flat surface. Reinforced lid with non skid surface. The lid hinges through 180º and completely covers the mounting flange, concealing the fastenings and deflecting water away from the hatch seal. The seal ensures weatherproofing when the hatch is mounted on vertical surfaces. Contoured handles provide a positive twist lock action and easy lift grip. Protrusion above deck is only 17mm. Intrusion 20mm. Screw holes are 5mm countersunk. Available in a choice of white or grey, with or without key security lock.

Access Hatches - Luran® with Recessed Lid

Injection moulded in Luran® plastic for optimum strength, UV and weather resistant properties. The lid features a non-skid surface and is recessed flush with the mounting flange, hinging through 100 degrees. Available in a choice of white or grey. An optional key lock set is also available. Designed for mounting on any flat surface, but weatherproof only when mounted on vertical surfaces. Protrusion above deck 11mm. Screw holes 5mm countersunk.

Access Hatches - Luran® with Covered Lid

Inspection hatches moulded in white Luran® plastic with low profile lid which fully covers the mounting flange, concealing the fastenings and deflecting water away from the hatch seal. The full covered lid opens 180º to lay flat and features a non skid surface to facilitate deck mounting. Dorade Cowl Vent - Plastic

Moulded from white, UV stabilised, ABS plastic. Designed to be mounted horizontally, this combination cowl vent and dorade box directs air below, while the internal baffle design protects against water entry.

The louvred face plate features rolled edges for extra stiffening, no sharp corners and is fastened to the plastic base using heavy duty adhesive tape for no visible fastening appearance.

White, wire reinforced spiral blower hose to suit 75mm (3”) and 100mm (4”) tails on blowers and vents. Supplied in a 15 metre length.

Fan - Oscillating

Multi adjustable, white plastic base with integral toggle switch, white plastic motor housing, clear plastic three blade fan and chrome plated fan guard. 60 degree sweep angle, switchable on motor housing. Supplied with 2 metre lead fitted with cigarette lighter type plug.
