Completed Installation Ceremony before 31st July. Minimum 2 GBMs and 1 BOD per month. Paid District Dues before 12th July. Announced President Elect before Conference. Conducted DRR’s Official Club Visit as per guidelines before

28th February, 2010. Proper maintenance of all records as required by a Rotaract Club. Completion of all criteria's for “Responsible President Citation.” HUM TUM Concept

CLUB ACHIEVEMENTS

R.I. Presidential Citation achieved before 31st September. Applied for R.I. Outstanding Award – Ni Hao Ma Hongkong Celebrated & Reported World Rotaract Week Activities to R.I. Members of the club attended more than 15 projects of other clubs- 110 Uninterrupted Completion of Rotaract Year by President Club won best associate from RCBH and RCDC. Rtr. Sakshi Goyal was awarded Best All-Rounder Rotaractor by Rotary

Club of Bombay West. Rtr. Ronak Dharod won the best contingent leader at Delhi RYLA.

Khushi

A treasure hunt where we shared our treasures of fun, joy, happiness and the proceeds collected were given to special people from the NGOs

as a part of Joyfest.

Ganesh Water Hut

We served water to the weary and thirsty Ganesh Bhakts and provided Glucose water to the people passing by the rotary service centre for Visarjan

and make Rotaract Club of Andheri known to the people in the vicinity.

7 THINGS NOT TO DO IN ROTARACT

The project was conceptualised to give out the message of the things that any person, who joins or is planning to join Rotaract should do and should not do in Rotaract. This was done in a very innovative manner by Ex Rotaractor Abhishek Thakore and had a really positive impression of

Rotaract on the participants.

RYLA

A 2 day RYLA was organised along with Rotary Club of Bombay West and the Rotaract Clubs under RCBW family, where we covered

aspects like Leadership, Team Building, Motivation, Ethics, Problem Solving, Entrepreneurship, etc.

SYNERGYSynergy was an event to celebrate all the 8 avenues of the Rotaract

movement. This project brought together 8 Rotaract Clubs to organize 2 whole days power packed with 8 exclusive projects covering all the 8

avenues which form the base of the Rotaract movement.

Ni Hao Ma Hongkong

Ni Hao Ma Hongkong was a project where we hosted 27 Rotaractors from the City University of Hongkong and would be lifelong friends with them.

DUATHLON

Duathlon 2010 was one of the biggest projects of Rotaract Club of Andheri. It was a marathon which included cycling and running. Through

the project we tried to promote Carbon Emission Free Society by promoting cycling and walking as an alternative to vehicles like cars,

rickshaws, bikes etc. for short distances.

LIGHTS CAMERA ACTION

Project was done jointly with Rotary Club of Bombay West and the clubs under RCBW family to produce a film for guiding students to choose their

career as per their interests.
