‘Featuring…’ night

Some excellent nights during March - including our St Patrick’s celebrations and a “Featuring…’ with Sue Woollard and Bob Gibson - have seen us through to Spring in good heart.

April starts off with ‘All Fools’ day which, perhaps appropriately, falls on a Club night! So, bring some humorous songs or a joke or two to add to the occasion.

which he chooses suitable material. In his case, his theme was songs that had influenced him over the years. These included Woody Guthrie’s ‘Deportees’ and he also featured the work of Leon Rosselson. He added occasional harmonica to Sue’s work and they finished performing together with some Dylan. A lovely, intimate evening.
