• Keep always the contact with grantees (both the home and host universities)

• Keep always the contact between partners • Require reports from the grantees (monthly, quarterly,

annual, and final report) • Share information via mail group or website • Don’t forget to update information on EMMA database • Organize meeting with grantees if possible

• Step 1: connect to http://emma2014mgmt.ateneo.net

• Step 2: click on PARTNER and login to your account (account for EMMA-EAST 2014 cohort 1)

• Step 3: choose GRANTEES • Step 4: click on Application ID of grantee that you

will upload documents • Step 5: click on FILES • Step 6: click on Edit and then upload documents on

scan version as following:
