WEST HOLLYWOOD GATEWAY

West Hollywood Gateway is a 248,067 square foot outdoor shopping mall located at the southwest corner of the highly trafficked Santa Monica Boulevard and La Brea Avenue intersection in the city of West Hollywood. The project is well situated to serve the densely populated areas of West Hollywood, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Hancock Park, Los Felix, Sliver Lake and even Downtown Los Angeles. Additionally, there are more than 900 new residential units either under construction or set to be developed in the near future within four blocks of the center. The two above-ground retail levels feature two subterranean parking levels. The mall is anchored by Target, Best Buy, Ulta and BevMo. It also features a number of successful restaurants and retail stores.

In addition to retail stores and restaurants the site features a large outdoor plaza that functions as a civic square, inviting pedestrian activity through the use of outdoor eating areas, fountains, public art and lush landscaping. Over 1.9 million customers’ park in the mall parking structure each year with many more visiting by public transportation or walking from surrounding businesses and residences, including the famous movie studio next door, now known as “The Lot.”

Incorporated in 1984, the City of West Hollywood is centrally located in west Los Angeles County. Over 35,000 residents populate the City and its borders spans 1.9 square miles that are flanked by Beverly Hills on the west and Hollywood on the east.
