restaurants selling fresh seafood and local delights to the customers. The seafood can be caught from the shores of Pulau Ubin. If there is not enough, then seafood can also be gotten from Singapore.

on rent for the guests to use. The guests would then be able to kayak round Pulau Ubin. If they request, the staff could also accompany them on the trip in case they get lost or any accident happens.

more energy efficient and environmentally friendly construction practices.

Try to make use of sustainable renewable sources for the building to minimize use of un-renewable sources that is not beneficial to the environment.

Toilets can also been installed with half flush so that not so much water would be wasted.

restaurant. It allows the light to pass through and thus there is no need to turn on the lights in the day (save energy).

building. Solar energy is converted into electrical energy so that non-renewable resources can be saved and the energy from the sun can be stored for electricity like fans and light.

Biomass can be used. Waste and Residue of unwanted trees and leaves can be burnt to produce energy which can be used for the resort.

Sanyo Electric would be used as it is the most efficient as seen from the table. Efficiency is derived from the output per square foot surface area of most 200 W model solar panels.

sea so that the sea breeze from the sea is toward the windows in the resort. Thus, tourists wont find a need to switch on their fans so often and energy can be saved.

If needed, air con would be run by the energy converted from the solar panels.

They are used to reduce carbon footprints. Cars emit carbon monoxide that are greenhouse gases that traps heat from the sun. Reducing it would help to reduce the emission of green house gases.
