SEAWOLF ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION MISSION
To support the prioritized needs of the University of Alaska
Anchorage Department of Athletics and its Student-
Athletes, coaches and staff by securing annual financial
contributions from external sources.
� Provide critical funding to bridge the gap between
University funding and departmental priorities
� Enhance the Student-Athlete experience both
academically and athletically
� Attract and retain the best coaches and staff
� Re-connect alumni to their athletic and
undergraduate experience

Athletic competition and success are important to UAA
Athletics. The 180+ Student-Athletes that represent our
University, our city, and our state depend on the achievements
outside of competition by our team of donors who share
our desire for success. Financial stability in athletics breeds
success and success breeds pride among the University’s
many alumni and friends.
Investing in the future of Student-Athletes symbolizes your
commitment to ensuring that UAA Athletics continues to
be one of the premier academic and athletic institutions in
the nation. Your support helps provide these fine Student-
Athletes with the best possible opportunities to compete
while receiving a quality education. In addition to being
a donor, you will be making their dream of excellence in
sports and academics a reality. We invite you to show

Association (SAA).
SUPPORTING EXCELLENCE
Every gift makes a difference. Regardless of amount, your
investment in our Student-Athletes provides the margin
of excellence needed to ensure that our Student-Athletes
and coaches have the resources available to compete
for championships. Your annual support helps meet the
immediate needs of Seawolf Athletics and makes it possible
for our Student-Athletes to compete at the highest level.
INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES
� Gifts to the Athletic Excellence Fund provide the
most flexibility to have immediate impact for our
Student-Athletes.
� Sport specific giving allows interested
contributors to make gifts that are designated to a
particular program(s) of your choice. This method
of contribution assures that your gift is used to
directly fund the sport of your choosing and cover
identified needs specific to the program.
� Brick Campaign Honor a special fan, friend,
family member or loved one with an engraved brick
to be located outside the Alaska Airlines Center.
� Planned Giving | Legacy Society Membership
in the Legacy Society is exclusively offered to
those who make commitments of support to the
University of Alaska Foundation in the form of
planned gifts. The following are a variety of ways in
which to join the Legacy Society.
• Gift provision in a Will or Revocable Trust
• Income-Producing Gift
• Charitable Lead Trust
• Testamentary Gift of Retirement Assets
• Life Insurance or Annuity Policy
• Property/Real Estate
DONOR BENEFITS
� All philanthropic contributions to the University of
Alaska Foundation in support of Seawolf Athletics
entitle you to be a member of the Seawolf
Athletic Association.
� College of Fellows All gifts at the $1,000+ level
annually will qualify the donor to be included
in the UAA College of Fellows with all benefits
associated with this campus wide donor level.
� Director’s Club includes donors who have made
cumulative, charitable gifts in support of Athletics
at the $5,000+.
� Coaches Club annual donors at the $250 level
to VB, WBB, MBB or $1,000+ to Athletics, receive
special invitations to pre-game chalk talks during
the VB, WBB, and MBB seasons.
