l. Extcnsion of contract, renerval or confirmation at position will depend upon yourpcrformance, after completion of onc year of your services. In case if yourpcrforrnance is not found satisfactory or your service is not required any more tocompanv, your contr:rct of employment will automatically be ceased.

2. You will havc to appear for written test and your evaluation will be required duringthe rcnewal of your contract.

3. 'fhe Company reserves the right to utilize your services within the Group, an1'r,vherein opcrational arca.

4. You rvrll bc governed by all the rules, regulations, StaJI Circulars, Ofhce Order etc. ofthe company issued from timc to time.

5. You will bc cntitled for one non-encashable leave per month during contract p€riod.

You q'ill receivc monthly consolidated salary ofRs. 8,000/- till your contract period.

The employment can bc discor.rtinued, by either party serving one month notice in writing ormaking thc paymcnt of one month salary in lieu of such notice to the other party. If you becomeunauthorizcd abscnt for more than cight days your contract will be ceased automatically.
