Exit Clause:
The employment can be discontinued, without any reason being given, by either party, bygiving a month's notice in writing or payment of a month's basic salary in lieu of suchnotice to the other party. If you become unauthorized absent from work place continuously8 . (Eight Days) without prior permission or sanctioned leave, you will be treatedunauthorized absent and contract of your service shall be ceased and terminatedautomatically without adopting any disciplinary proceeding by the Management and nonotice pay shall be payable to You.
