    SEARCH WARRANT

    IN THE MA ITER OF AN APPLICATION FOR AWARRANT TO SEARCH THE RESIDENCE OFALEXANDER JAMES JOHNSON DOB 12124/91 LOCATED AT

    1106 TREETOP WAY, APARTMENT#l522, KNOXVILLE, KNOX COUNTY, TN

    Proof by Affidavit for search warrant, which is specifically incorporat ed by reference herein, having been madethis day before me that there is certain property, to wit, articles of identification (e.g. credit/debit cards), mail, correspondence,receipts, newspaper clippings, recordings, writings, cell phones, computers, hard drives or other digital media that may containevidence of motive, planning, preparation, and evidence of dominion, ownership and/or control of the residence, and blood, seminalfluid, soiled bed clothes, soiled sheets prophylactics, DNA, hair, fibers, latent prints and microscopic particles consistent with thecrime of Aggravated Rape, are located at 1106 Tree Top Way, Apartment #1522, Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee, saidresidence (apartment) beinl : more particularly described as: A three story apartment building located on Tree Top Way,located on the extreme west end of the #1106 building. The building has a tan and brown brick first floor with the second andthird floor being wood frame d with tan siding. The apartment residence, which consist of being located on the second andthird floor, is entered on the second floor, by walking north up a winding staircase to the second floor landing and thenwalking east to the extreme lef t double French glass doors. The number 1522' is posted in black numbering on a whitesquare placard to the rig ht (west) of the French doors on the building. A black tarp is hanging on the east side of theporch/balcony of the entrance to the French 'doors. There are two chairs sitting in front of the double French doors of theapartment,; with one being a UT orange camping chair with a white letter T . The second chair is a metal framed tan dining

A photograph of the building and apartment is attached to and made a part of this affidavit and Search Warrant. wherethere is probable cause to believe that ALEXANDER JAMES JOHNSON DOB 12/24/91 has in thi s resi den ce articles ofidentification (e.g. credit/debit cards), mail, correspondence, receipts, newspaper clippings, recordings, writings, cell phones,computers, hard drives or other digital media that may contain evidence of motive, planning, preparation, and evidence of dominion,ownership and/or control of the residence, and blood, seminal fluid, soiled bed clothes, soiled sheets, prophylactics, DNA, blood, hair,fibers, latent prints and microscopic particles consistent with the crime of Aggravated Rape, used during the preparation to committhe Aggravated Rape. Moreover, as set forth above, there is probable cause to believe that this property constitutesevidence or tends to demonstrate that ALEXANDER JAMES JOHNSON DOB 12/24/91 is a suspect of a violation of theoffense of violation of Tennessee Code Annotated 39-13-502. Aggravated Rape.

    YOU RE THEREFORE COMMANDED to make a forthwith seizure and search of the residence (apartment) ofALEXANDER JAMES JOHNSON DOB 12124/91 located at 1106 Tree Top Way. Apartment #1522. Knoxville, KnoxCounty, Tennessee, said residence (apartment) being more particularly described as: A three story apartment building locatedon Tree Top Way, located on the extreme west end of the #1106 building. All evidence being that ALEXANDER JAMES JOHNSON DOB 12124/91, did commit Aggravated Rapeas defined by Tennessee Code Annotated 39-13-502. An d if you find such property or any part thereof or illegal contraband tobring it before the Court without unnecessary delay.
