PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE UNITED STATES ARMY – Various Global Locations 2007 – Present
Training and Development Management Supervised a 60 personnel Training unit, and was overall accountable for the health, morale, discipline, training, and professional development of each team member. Plans and executes 14-week training cycles for over 250 personnel annually at Fort Benning, GA.
Maintained accountability and serviceability of over $20M of Government property with zero losses Selected over 8 peers by senior level management to serve as the Senior Training Supervisor
Developed the training and risk management plans for 16 live fire training exercises; achieved a 100% completion and safety rating with zero incidents
Created and implemented an International transportation SOP for 10 VIP and 16 Australian dignitaries on a 15 square mile multi-national base within Afghanistan, which resulted in zero security incidents
Oversaw the unit’s Family Readiness Program and the Equal Opportunity program, which greatly contributed to the unit’s health and welfare
Trained over 200 personnel on the skills of advanced rifle marksmanship on the M4 rifle, which helped increase the overall operational readiness of the unit to over 95%
Operations Supervisor Oversaw the scheduling, payroll, training, certifications, records management, and performance evaluations for 10 personnel at Fort Stewart, GA, and while deployed to Afghanistan. Organized and coordinated the setup of an ammunition supply point and oversaw the safe draw, transport, and distribution of over $2M worth of ammunition; monitored to ensure that EPA and Hazmat standards were being met and enforced at all times
